SolarView.io Renewable Energy Ltd.’s privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) explains our practices for processing Personal Information on our Website.

You can read our Privacy Policy to help you understand better how we collect and use your Personal Information. The Policy details the types of Personal Information we collect on our Website, how we collect it, what we may use it for, who we may share it with, how long we may keep it for and what are your rights in relation to your Personal Information. 1.1. “SolarView”, “we”, “us”, “our” shall mean SolarView.io Renewable Energy Ltd.

1.2. “Personal Information” shall mean any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual, or as otherwise defined as such in applicable laws.

1.3. “Terms of Use” shall mean the terms which govern your use of the Website available at http://www.ensights.ai/terms.pdf .

1.4. “Visitor” , “you”, “yours” shall mean an individual person who enters our Website.

1.5. “Website” shall mean the website owned and operated by SolarView available at www.ensights.ai .

2. Collection of Personal Information and Purposes

2.1. General: The collection of Personal Information commences on the first use of the Website. We collect Personal Information for the purposes detailed below.

2.2. Personal Information you may provide us: We collect Personal Information from the information you provide us on the Website. In order to submit the “contact us” or "book a demo" online forms on our Website, you are required to provide your name and email address, and you may also voluntarily provide us your workplace/company, telephone number, role and further details of your choice through the “free text” message box, or provide such information to our company email address. These means of communication are intended to allow us to contact you and respond to your inquiries. Please note that at all times, you may choose whether or not to provide or disclose Personal Information and please do not provide any more Personal Information than is needed for us to contact you; The purposes for which we use this Personal Information are:

2.2.1 to provide and operate the Website;

2.4. In addition to the categories of Personal Information described above, we may also use the information collected in a de-identified form and process such information for the following purposes:

2.4.1. to better understand user needs on an aggregated basis, in order to further develop, customize and improve our Website based on Visitors’ preferences, experiences and difficulties;

2.4.2. to monitor and analyze your use of the Website for technical administration and troubleshooting of the Website.

2.4.3. For commercial research and further development

2.4.4. For improving the Website by creating system analytics and statistical data

2.4.5. to compile and aggregate statistical trends

to create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our Website or our business partner’s services.

3. The Legal Basis for Processing Personal Information

3.1. SolarView process or makes use of Personal Information for one or more of the purposes detailed in Section 2.

3.2. In addition, we will not make any use of Personal Information about you unless there is a legal basis for such use. The legal basis on which SolarView may be able to process Personal Information are as follows:

3.2.1. you consent to our processing of Personal Information about you for one or more of the purposes listed below

3.2.2. Processing the information is required in order to take actions based on your request

3.2.3. Processing the information is necessary in order to fulfill a legal obligation that applies to SolarView

3.2.4. Processing the information is required fulfilling legitimate interests of SolarView or a third party.

3.3. The legal bases detailed above are the legal bases for actions to process Personal Information, carried out by us as in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is hereby clarified that if the processing of Personal Information 4 about you is subject to other legal systems, then the legal basis for processing this information may differ according to those laws.

3.4. In all cases in which Personal Information about you is processed on this legal basis, you may request at any time to receive details about the examination we conducted that led to our determination that specific Personal Information can be processed based on this legal basis.

4. Technological Tools

4.1. Cookies.

4.1.1. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes. 5. Transfer to Third Parties

5.1. We do not sell, rent or lease your Personal Information. You hereby acknowledge and provide your informed consent, that in connection with the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, We may share and/or otherwise transfer the Information to other third parties, as follows:

5.1.1. Third party service providers which assist us in the on-going operation of the Website, including (without limitation) for storage or hosting of the Personal Information and/or for assisting us in operating and maintaining the Website and providing our services for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy

5.1.2. Resellers and Distributors - We work with resellers and distributors who may collect your Personal information. Our engagement with such entities is subject to their contractual obligation to protect your Personal Information

5.1.3. In order to comply with any applicable law or legal requests, court orders and warrants including from law enforcement agencies, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure of Personal Information is necessary to prevent imminent physical harm, financial loss or to report suspected illegal activity. In all cases, such Personal Information will only be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws

5.1.4. To take any action in any case of dispute involving you with respect to your usage of our Website

5.1.5. To our affiliates and business partners in connection with the Website and our services

5.1.6. We share your internet and other electronic network activity information with third party analytics providers that conduct analytics on our Website; and -

5.1.7. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, sale, joint venture, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock for the purpose of facilitating and completing the transaction. We would share Personal Information with third parties if we undergo bankruptcy or liquidation, in the course of such proceedings.

5.1.8. We may need to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities or law enforcement officials, including meeting national security or law enforcement requirements. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the law.

5.1.9. Apart from the reasons identified above, we may request your permission to share your Personal Information for other purposes. We will notify you and request consent before you provide the Personal Information or before the Personal Information you have already provided is shared for such purpose. You may revoke your consent at any time.

5.2. We may also share anonymized and aggregated data (“De-Identified Information”) in public reports. SolarView may also disclose De-Identified Information for general research and commercial purposes, like marketing, with third parties, including our clients.

5.3. Sharing in the Last Twelve (12) Months

5.3.1. For a Business Purpose. In the preceding twelve (12) months, SolarView has disclosed the following categories of Personal Information for a business purpose to the following categories of third parties:

5.3.2. We have disclosed your identifiers, protected classifications, and contact information to our hosting service providers and IT providers to facilitate and improve the operation and maintenance of our Website.

5.3.3. We have disclosed your identifiers to our analytics providers to maintain, improve, and upgrade Website.

6. Transfer of Personal Information Outside Your Territory

6.1. We may store, Process or maintain User Personal Information in various sites worldwide, including through cloud-based service providers. Where applicable, by using the Website, you hereby provide your informed consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to countries outside your state or country to countries in which the level of data protection may not be as protective as the level in your country.

6.2. Where the GDPR applies and we transfer Personal Information to another country outside the EEA, we will ensure that it is protected and transferred in a manner consistent with legal requirements. In relation to Personal Information being transferred outside of the EEA, this may be done in one of the following ways:

6.2.1. The country that we send the Personal Information to is approved by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of protection for Personal Information

6.2.2. such transfer is subject to the conditions set forth in the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (in the relevant module) for the transfer of personal data to third countries, adopted by the European Commission via its implementing decision of 4 June 2021, or any set of clauses approved by the European Commission which amends, replaces or supersedes the SCCs; or –

6.2.3. In other circumstances, the law may permit us to otherwise transfer your Personal Information outside the EEA

7. Rights regarding Personal Information

7.1. You have the right to review your Personal Information that we process and may have rights, under applicable law, to request the update, amendment, stop processing, deletion of Personal Information or exercise other rights under applicable law depending on your jurisdiction, by contacting us at: info@ensights.ai . We will act in accordance with the applicable law, in order to comply with your request.

7.2. We may retain certain Personal Information as deemed required by us in accordance with applicable laws, or for legitimate business reasons, for the duration as required under the applicable laws. In addition, we may delete any Personal Information pursuant to our policies, as in effect from time to time.

7.3. When you ask us to exercise any of your rights under this Policy and applicable laws, we may need to ask you to provide us certain credentials to make sure that you are who you claim you are, to avoid disclosure to you of Personal Information related to others and to ask You questions to better understand the nature and scope of Personal Information that you request to access and your legal rights in relation thereto.

7.4. We may redact from the Personal Information which we will make available to you, any Personal Information related to others.

7.5. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

7.5.1. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) entitles California residents to certain rights. We act as a “service provider” with respect to the Personal Information that we receive through our services, and conduct our analysis in accordance with our Terms of Service and our agreement with our relevant customer, which contractually sets forth the terms of our data processing as between our customer and us. To exercise your right to access or delete your Personal Information, you may submit a request with our customer on behalf of which you contacted us.

7.5.2. If you believe we have collected your Personal Information outside of a “service provider” relationship, you may submit a request via email at info@ensights.ai . We do not sell your Personal Information.

8. Information Security

8.1. We use a variety of methods to try to protect the Personal Information from loss or unauthorized use or access when it is in our possession or control, including reasonable technical and organizational measures that restrict access to the Personal Information. However, we do not promise or guarantee that any Personal Information will be absolutely protected from unauthorized disclosure or use.

8.2. We also regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and regularly seek new ways and for further enhancing the security of our Website and protection of our Visitors’ privacy.

8.3. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your passwords, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. In addition, you should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to Personal Information stored on your devices as well as defining limited access rights to such information on a need to know basis.

9. Data Retention

9.1. We retain different types of Personal Information for different periods, depending on the purposes for processing the Personal Information, our legitimate business purposes as well as pursuant to legal requirements under the applicable law.

9.2. We may retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to support the collection and the use purposes under this Policy and for other legitimate business purposes, unless retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal 8 obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud and abuse. We may store aggregated non-Personal Information without time limit.

10. Links to Third Party Sites. The Website may enable interaction with or contain links to other third party websites or applications, for which privacy practices we are not responsible. Please read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each such third party that you choose to use or interact with.

11. Children. The Website is not intended for minors under the age of 18 years and we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 18 years. We rely on you to ensure that the data subject must be above the age of 18. If these age requirements are not met, you are required to obtain the consent of the parent or guardian to provide and process Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy; lacking such consent, you may not use the Website.

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion. We will inform you of any such change by posting a new Privacy Policy on the Website; the effective date of any change of Privacy Policy will be clearly marked on each new Privacy Policy posted.
